  1. What payment methods do you accept?

  3. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

  If you do not have a PayPal account,you can pay Directly with your Credit or Debit Cards through (Tap Payments) simply choose the credit card option on the checkout page to proceed to (TAP Payments)

   Alternatively, PayPal has an option for you to make payment as a 'guest'.

  5. How do I make a purchase?

  We currently accept payments using your PayPal accounts or credit/debit cards through (TAP Payments). shopping with us is super easy, safe and secured with our PCI-compliant payment Gateways! 
 

  1. Just click on any item you want to review the details.
  2. Select your choice of color, size, etc. if applicable, and click on 'Add To Cart'.
  3. You will then be directed to your Shopping Cart Summary or a cart drawer will appear from the right hand side of your screen. Here, you can choose to continue browsing for more items or proceed with your   payment by clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button. If you wish to add more products on your cart, simply go back to our catalog pages or product page, then repeat steps 1 and 2. 

  4. If you have clicked the "CHECKOUT" button and been redirected to the checkout page, fill out the required information in each process step. Always double check your order summary in each step as it gets     updated e.g. when you are adding a shipping method, or applying a discount code.
  5. Make sure to confirm your Full Name, Mailing address and Phone number so we can include it on the delivery notice, so the postman can reach you just in case you're not home when your package arrives.
  6. Proceed with your payment using your debit/credit card or PayPal balance. Always confirm your Payment and Shipping address information.
  7. Finish your purchase by clicking on "Complete Order" button. 

  6. What happens next after I am done with checkout ?

  After a successful checkout, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your purchase.

-  Next we start processing you order and payment. Once we confirm your payment and order, your items are immediately shipped to your address.

-  Kindly, note that Processing time usually take from 2 to 5 business days. However, in some cases it could take up to 7 business days to process your payment due to holidays or delays from the payment   providers . 


  7.How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

  All orders are shipped from one of our warehouses overseas within  2 - 5 business days of the order being placed (Depending on Processing Time). Shipment will arrive in between 15 - 35 business days after   the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation     delay caused by carrier service.

  8. Can I change my shipping address  after ordering?

  Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please, contact us immediately after you made the order in order to change your shipping   address.


  9 . What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit ?

  We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items
  you’ve ordered arrive undamaged. Nevertheless, goods do occasionally get
  damaged in transit. If you discover something in your order is damaged you
  should email us immediately and explain the situation. Kindly state your
  subject title as “DAMAGED IN TRANSIT”. We will arrange for replacements
  to be sent out to you. We will also instruct you on what to do with the damaged
  items. Please Do not send anything back without having contacted us first.


  10. What should I do if my order is incomplete or missing certain items?

  There can be several reasons why you may receive your order with some items
  missing. It could be your order was dispatched in more than one package and
  you haven’t received them all yet. Another cause is that one of the items you
  ordered was unavailable and so we have refunded you for that item. The final
  reason for your order missing items is that we had made a mistake while  
  packing your order. If you discover that your goods are missing, notify us in an
  email titled “INCOMPLETE ORDER” and we’ll attend to you with priority.

 


  11. What should I do if you've sent me the wrong items?

  If you discover that your order is incorrect, kindly explain the situation by
  notifying us immediately through email. Make sure you subject title your
  email as “INCORRECT ITEMS”. We will attend to you with priority.


  12. Can I cancel my order?

  You may cancel it if the item has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order can not be cancelled.


  13. Can I return my order?

  If you are unsatisfied with the order, simply return the item within 30 business
  days and we will give you a refund. We can only refund the purchase price of
  the item and not any incurred shipping charges. Please be aware, however,
  that we are unable to refund items that have clearly been worn, laundered or
